Sunrise Accommodation - Whakatane

I recently stayed at a lovely, quiet location just a short walk to the beach. The unit I stayed in was well set up with everything I needed, including a washing machine. I also enjoyed the lovely seating area off the back of the unit. The included breakfast was more than ample, and the owner was friendly and attentive. I appreciated the little extra touches, like soap powder and treats. Having Netflix available was a bonus, and I would definitely return again soon.

The value for money at this hotel was really good, with a well-appointed, spacious and spotlessly clean room that had everything we needed and more. The location was peaceful and scenic, with the beach just a short walk away. The staff were cute and helpful, making us feel right at home.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if there had been a wider variety of food options available in the morning.

I absolutely loved the decoration at this cozy accommodation in Whakatane. The beautiful furnishings and tasteful decor created a warm and inviting atmosphere, which made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I appreciated how well-maintained and accessible all the general areas of the hotel were. The hallways were wide enough to navigate easily with my walking stick, and the seating areas were comfortable and accommodating. It was wonderful to see that the owners had put so much thought into ensuring a comfortable experience for all guests, including senior visitors like myself.

I have only one small suggestion for a better vacation experience for senior people. It would have been helpful if the children working there had provided clearer instructions on the location of the rubbish bin.

We had an amazing stay at Sunrise Accommodation! The apartment was beautifully designed and well-maintained, with spacious rooms and a lovely deck area. The breakfast provided was a great touch, and we appreciated the snacks as well. The location was perfect, being close to the beach and a short drive into town. The hosts were friendly and cute, making sure we had everything we needed.

I chose this accommodation for attending a town hall meeting and it definitely met my expectations. The air-conditioned accommodations were perfect for my stay, and having access to an iron/ironing board was incredibly convenient. The facilities provided a comfortable and productive environment for my work.

The one service that I missed for my work was a business center. It would have been helpful to have access to printing and other office amenities on-site.

Spacious and private accommodation with a great kitchen and dining area. Covered parking and outdoor seating area were also a plus. Everything provided exceeded our expectations.

The sliding door entrance had a low height, which could be problematic for taller guests. The location was a little bit out of town, but still in a nice quiet area.

From the moment we arrived, our hosts Doug and Sandra went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. the unit itself was immaculate, with a 5-star plus level of cleanliness and a modern, stylish design. the outdoor area was a highlight, providing ample space and a relaxing atmosphere with comfortable outdoor furniture. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would highly recommend Sunrise to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation experience. Cons: Nothing, everything was fabulous! 🌟.

The apartment had everything we needed, including a washer, toaster, and CD player. We loved taking a stroll along the tranquil beach nearby, and the peaceful atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. The hosts were friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We can't wait to come back next year!

For families with children, my kids wished there was a playground on the premises.
